Replace dairy yogurt with Kingland soy yogurt, available at most supermarkets. They do mixed berry, strawberry, fruits of paradise. mango and peach and apricot yogurts.
Replace hard cheese and mozzarella with vegan cheeses like scheese and cheezley. Soy King also do a cheddar style 'cheese'.
Replace parmesan with Parmazano, a vegan version of parmesan.
Replace cream cheese with Kingland soy cream cheese, available at some supermarkets. Or use cream 'scheese'.
Rice, almond, oat and soymilks all available at supermarkets, just experiment with different types, flavours and brands until you find one that you like.
Richfields 70% dark chocolates are also vegan. This applies to the peppermint, kiwifruit, raspberry, classic nuts and classic dark.
Green and blacks have four varieties of vegan chocolates and Lindt dark noir is vegan. Dark Peanut Chews are vegan.
Walkers have a huge range of vegan chocolates, like choc orange thins and brandy liquers. Scarborough Fair, Donovans, Anton Berg, Droste, Turin and Laroshell all make vegan chocolates like cherries in dark chocolate, jack daniels filled chocolates, chocolate brandy beans, organic dark chocolate and bittersweet pastilles.
Replace butter with dairy free margarine like Olivani, which can be found at most supermarkets. Some other vegan margarines include Kingland soy butter, Basics table spread margarine and Meadowlea lite margarine.
You can now buy pre made non dairy cream. It can be used straight from the pack, is thick and creamy, is cholesterol free, and only contains 11% fat! You can also make your own dairy free cream, you can find it here, in the dairy free recipes section.
Sanitarium does a huge range of vegan 'meat' substitutes, like vegetarian sausages, tender pieces, nutmeat and casserole mince. Bean Supreme, Frys Special Vegetarian and Longalife also have a great range of vegan 'meat', like sausages, burgers, luncheon, tempeh, sausage rolls, 'chicken' nuggets and crumbed cutlets. Other fake meat comapanies include Blissful Health Products, Vege Giant Natural Food and Whole Perfect Food Co.
Orgran makes an egg replacement for baking called 'No Egg'. Each packet costs about $7 and is the equivalent to 66 eggs! You can use it for fillings, pancakes, cakes, custard, mayo and more.
Look for these products at health food stores, supermarkets and specialty stores. You can find some of the chocolates at places like The Warehouse, Farmers and K-Mart. Angel Food, Vegan Essentials (USA), Pangea Vegan Store (USA) and the SAFE Shop all sell vegan products like these.
