There are vegan cheeses, chocolates, milks, yoghurts, creams, pretty much any food you can think of can be made vegan!
So go ahead and dump dairy - go vegan!
If you've already gone vegan, then the best way you can help is to get others to go vegan as well!
Here are some suggestions.
Leave leaflets everywhere! Public gyms, laundromats, waiting rooms, cafes or hand them out yourself. Alternatively you could drop off a few in your neighbours letter boxes.
Run a vegan food give-away! This a fun, effective way to expose people to veganism. For more info click here
Throw a vegan potluck, show your friends how tasty vegan food can be!
Use social networking sites. Post animal rights quotes and links on Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, blogs, forums etc.
Make your refrigerator into a billboard for the animal rights message. Magnets, posters, and stickers are always great things to put in the kitchen, especially if yours is often visited by people who still eat animal products.
